A way for new drivers to experience the navigation and steps of a trip while in their vehicle before they start their real first trip
Problem
~50% of new drivers churn before their first trip. New drivers say one of the top reasons that they haven't taken a first trip is because they're nervous. Learning a new app while driving is daunting, and adding real passengers on top of that increases stress.
Giving new drivers the option to experience a trip without the pressure of a real passenger will alleviate anxiety and help them feel more confident to take their first real trip.

Starting out as a new earner has a steep learning curve. There are a lot of educaitonal resources in the app and on uber.com, however, earners don't often know what to look for. Through UXR, users have told us that they don’t know what they don’t know and expect Uber to tell them what they need to know.
